War and espionage set the stage for a twisty romance in this historical drama from director Haik Gazarian. In early 1942, after the attack on Pearl Harbor, the United States finally joined the ranks of the Allied forces in World War II. Oil is a valuable commodity needed to fuel fighter jets, warships, jeeps and other vehicles, and when a German U-boat was spotted off the coast of Venezuela in the Caribbean, it became clear that steps had to be taken to protect the country's oil fields from Nazi attack. Frank Moore (Alfonso Herrera) is an American communications specialist sent to the coastal village of Port Miranda to help keep tabs on German plans to attack oil fields. Moore got the assignment in part because his mother is Latino and he speaks Spanish, but that doesn't help him with his commander, the autocratic and grumpy Captain Enrique Salvatilla (Rafael Romero) Get along. However, Moore is instantly hooked when he meets Salvatiera's beautiful wife Venice (Rudi Rodriguez), and they get caught up when she reveals she has the same attraction as him A romance that could jeopardize their future as well as Moore's mission, especially when he's suspected of being a double agent.
